Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh is wearing Indiana gear at the Sweet 16, but for a good reason

RUMOR: JIM HARBAUGH IS TAKING THE INDIANA JOB. (Not really.) (But it’s funny to imagine.)

Here is Jim Harbaugh, the head coach of the University of Michigan’s football team, wearing a shirt supporting Indiana University’s basketball team:

This isn't another crazy statement by the most controversial coach in college football. As you've probably heard at this point, Harbaugh's sister, Joani, is married to Indiana basketball coach Tom Crean. Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh is also in attendance for the Hoosiers' Sweet 16 matchup against North Carolina.

Jim Harbaugh has often turned out to cheer on his brother-in-law -- Crean actually put him to work as a team manager in 2012 for a non-conference game -- but that was back when Harbaugh was a coach in the NFL, not in the Big Ten. Harbaugh hasn't exactly been friendly to his Big Ten foes, so even with the family ties, its a bit funny to see him sporting an Indiana logo across his chest.
