The Alabama Crimson Tide have won the SEC championship three times in the last four seasons, including each of the last two years. The Crimson Tide hope to hold on to their spot atop the SEC with another championship campaign in 2016.
Full SEC championship odds 2016: Alabama betting favorite over LSU and Tennessee
The Alabama Crimson Tide will look to continue their dominance over the SEC with another title.

Alabama is a +175 favorite on the odds to win the SEC at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. After getting off to a 2-1 straight up and 1-2 against the spread start including a surprising home loss to Mississippi in 2015, the Tide finished the season on a 12-0 SU and 7-5 ATS run that was capped off with a win in the national championship game.
The Crimson Tide will have big holes to fill on both sides of the ball, but no one in the nation fills holes more seamlessly than Nick Saban.
Meanwhile, the LSU Tigers (+350 to win the SEC title) will have one of the best offensive weapons in the nation at their disposal this season with Leonard Fournette returning in the backfield. Fournette rushed for 1,953 yards and 22 touchdowns on 300 carries last season, and will once again be a workhorse for the Tigers.
On defense, LSU will need to improve after giving up an uncharacteristically high 24.3 points per game in 2015.
And while Alabama and LSU will top the dogfight in the SEC West, Tennessee enters the season as the clear favorite to win the SEC East and is going off at +350 to win the SEC championship on the college football betting futures.
Quarterback Joshua Dobbs led the Volunteers offense to 35.2 points per game in 2015, and will return as a senior hoping to improve on Tennessee’s 9-4 SU and 8-5 ATS record. Tennessee is 5-1 SU and ATS in its last six conference games per the OddsShark College Football Database.
