Final college football rankings: Who’s after Clemson in 2016’s last AP top 25 poll?

The season’s last rankings arrived just a few hours after the Tigers knocked off the Tide. Here’s the full top 25 in the AP and Coaches Polls.

Clemson is your 2016 season’s national champ, having taken down No. 1 Alabama in the National Championship to bring home the Tigers’ first title since 1981.

The upset avenges the previous year’s title game, prevents Bama from becoming the third-ever wire-to-wire champ, means all three years of the Playoff era have had different champions, makes QB Deshaun Watson an all-time legend, and establishes Dabo Swinney as one of the country’s greatest head coaches, without a doubt.

But! This also means the season’s final AP Poll is now out, with all the rest of the bowl season now altering the rankings.

How far did Ohio State fall after getting obliterated by the eventual national champs? How big a boost did USC get from its Rose Bowl thriller with Penn State? Was Washington the country’s most perfectly ranked team all along?

Here’s the full AP Poll to conclude the year:
