This kind of thing happens when you’re up by 21, but still pretty mad about a timeout.

That’s been pretty much MSU’s biggest problem on the day in College Station. With nine minutes to go, A&M’s gained a scant 128 yards, barely more than a third of MSU’s total. While watching this game off and on, I don’t think I’ve noticed more than five Aggie snaps all night long.
MSU’s on the verge of hitting an impressive 6-2 on the year, which would likely put them comfortably into the Playoff committee’s first top-25 rankings of the year. Those release on Halloween.
And then we’ll all dance.
