This UCF delayed option pitch TD looks like something you’d do in ‘NCAA 14’

It’s beautiful and so, so rude.

UCF and USF are renewing their rivalry on Friday, in what happens to be the biggest game in AAC history. The Knights went up 21-7 on this gorgeous touchdown:

That’s basically an NCAA Football 14 touchdown you could score on your Xbox 360.

Knights quarterback McKenzie Milton holds the ball juuuuuuust long enough to draw in a USF tackler, and he offloads the ball in the nick of time to running back Adrian Killins Jr. The back has a free walk into the end zone, because too many defenders went to tackle Milton. It’s all so picturesque, and it’s also mean.

This angle demonstrates how rude it is:

Keep an eye on No. 54 in white, USF linebacker Nico Sawtelle. He gets picked on twice — first with a little misdirection at the snap, which suggests a UCF handoff to the right, then with Milton’s well-timed pitch just as he goes in for the tackle.

The whole UCF offense is innovative and lots of fun.

The Knights would retain their undefeated record and status as the Group of 5’s New Year’s bowl frontrunner with a win.
