Hello, hi, I need you all to prepare your eyes before you look at these. On Monday, a little less than a week before the annual Army-Navy game, the Midshipmen revealed the uniforms they’ll be wearing next Saturday, and these things are gorgeous. Navy will be wearing Blue Angels uniforms, a tribute to the U.S. Navy’s flight team.
Hello, Navy’s wearing Blue Angels uniforms for the Army game, and they’re beautiful
These are so sick.

“This tribute to the Blue Angels reflects the enthusiastic pride and appreciation we have for the Navy’s premier flying team and the motivation they convey to Navy football and the fleet at large,” Navy AD Chet Gladchuk said. “The masterminds at Under Armour are always thinking of ways to inspire our troops while still reflecting a deep appreciation for a Naval history that is so ingrained in our game day traditions. Annually, a special Navy uniform has become a statement in this game and brings with it appreciated meaning and a clear message that we are all in.”
Both of these teams have been wearing slick alternate uniforms for years, and these are especially cool. The helmets aren’t the bright yellow the Midshipmen wore least year, but the blue lids look fly indeed. They are a bit reminiscent these position-by-position helmets, worn in 2015, which corresponded to various famous ships in the U.S. Navy’s fleet.
Here’s a look at Navy’s uniforms a year ago -- helmets had 14 yellow stars on them, a reference to Navy’s 14-year win streak over Army, which was broken last season. There was a white star representing the chance for No. 15.
Can’t wait to see what Army’s uniforms look like this year.
