ESPN catches Indiana fans doing the middle finger/surrender cobra combo
Ohio State scored, and these two Hoosiers captured every emotion in the building.

Here we see the aftermath of No. 2 Ohio State scoring to take a 27-21 lead over Indiana in Bloomington. We have the GIF’s primary fan performing a surrender cobra, a term coined by the internet’s Holly Anderson and the universal gesture of resignation. And then a middle finger flies into the frame, just in case you didn’t get the message.
The Hoosiers have put up far more of a fuss against the Playoff-favored Buckeyes than most expected, leading for portions of the game ... until this whole thing, which brought us where we are:
Giving a ranked team a scare, then falling behind in the second half, has been a weekly ritual for the Hoosiers over the last few seasons. We’ll see if this one winds up joining the long list of near-misses by the Big Ten’s CHAOS TEAM, whose fans have been through more than enough.
