The porous BU defense reared its ugly head again early in the third period, as Brendan Silk converted a turnover into another goal for Boston College, which finally got the game’s first even-strength game at 4:16 of the third period.
With 12 minutes to play in the game, Matt O’Connor was still in net for the Terriers, who are being outshot 34-26 by Boston College.
