BU vs. BC score: More power play goals for BC give Eagles 4-1 lead

An undisciplined evening for Boston University continued, as Garrett Noonan took a tripping penalty and Alexx Privitera went for holding 18 seconds later. And the BC power play, already having its best game of the season, was more than happy to pile on with a two-man advantage.

Michael Matheson powered a slapshot from the point above Matt O'Connor's blocker, and Bill Arnold notched his second power-play goal of the evening just 50 seconds later. The Eagles have all but sent a frustrated Terrier squad back down Commonwealth Avenue with a loss.

BU’s frustration has boiled over again, as Terriers senior captain Wade Megan took a penalty for hooking with just over two minutes to go in the game and Boston College will move back to the power play, where they’re 4-for-7 on the night.
