Royal Challengers Bangalore V Mumbai Indians CLT20 2011 Final Live: Bangalore Need 140 To Win
Mumbai Indians were bowled out for 139 against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the final of the Champions League T20.

The wicket-loss stalls with Lasith Malinga walking out. Malinga, who is not only second in the wicket-takers’ list, has the best batting average for the Mumbai Indians as well. And he shows why as he swings Vettori and Aravind to the straight boundary for a six each.
Aravind continues to bleed – in a low-scoring game, he has conceded 30 from his three overs. He will be one of the five Indian pace bowlers selected for the series against England. Either it is a confidence thing for him – and currently it is definitely at its lowest ebb – or he is simply too slow for this level of the game. What is with 125km/hr ‘pace’ bowlers and Indian cricket anyway?
Sathish follows Malinga by slamming Bhatkal for a six but the bowler comes back with a couple of wickets off successive balls. First Bhatkal departs, then Malinga, and both go attempting big ones off the slower ball. Mumbai in deep trouble, falling well short of what would have been a challenging score.
Bhatkal gets three wickets, Vettori grabs a couple while three of the Mumbai Indians were run-out.
Harsha Bhogale, on air, puts it aptly, the innings derailed towards the end as the Mumbai Indians end on 139 all out in 20 overs. The chase should not be a difficult one despite the presence of some turn and slowness on the track, with Chris Gayle expected to paper over all those batting speed-breakers.
Bangalore need 140 to win the game.
