Mickey Arthur, Australia’s coach, has said that it will be difficult for the Indians to bounce back on a difficult WACA pitch at Perth in the third Test match. India lost both their opening games and are trailing 2-0 in the series.
Australia v India Live At Perth: Australia Coach Talks Up Fast WACA Track
Australia coach Mickey Arthur has said that the Indians will find it difficult to cope with the WACA track at Perth in their third Test match.

Arthur pointed out that the track at Sydney was similar to the ones found back home by India and yet, they struggled against good pace and swing. He added that Perth will have a lot more bounce and swing and the Indians will not have it any easier.
Arthur said to the media, “They didn't look comfortable in the first innings. In the second they did but then this wicket, along with the one in Adelaide, is similar to the sub-continent. But WACA is different. It has pace and bounce and sideways movement. It's interesting how they go there.”
The Australia coach also questioned Rohit Sharma’s technique in conditions away from home. Sharma is likely to make his Test debut in the third Test match after sitting out and seeing his more fancied teammates struggle in testing foreign conditions.
Virat Kohli hasn’t got a half-century in the series so far and VVS Laxman, who finally got a fifty in the second innings at Sydney has generally struggled in the series.
Last time India played at the WACA in Perth, they had managed to beat Australia but it is said that the pitch in this year’s game will be far different from that one. There will be much more bounce and swing and India will find things difficult.
