Shaun Marsh is down with a stomach-related illness but the Australian team is confident that he will be fit to play the third Test match starting January 13. Marsh was back home in Perth after Australia beat India in the second Test match and was to speak to the media but failed to appear in front of them because of his stomach illness.
Australia V India 3rd Test Live: Shaun Marsh Hit By Stomach Illness
Shaun Marsh fails to turn up for a press conference after being hit by a stomach bug but should be fit to play the third Test against India.

Fellow Australia middle-order batsman, Michael Hussey said that Marsh should be fine by the time the third Test match comes around. He also added that the left-handed batsman from WACA will be looking forward to play his first Test at home.
Marsh has yet to get going in the series so far, having scored only three runs from three innings. This had been preceded by scores of a century on debut and 44 in Cape Town against South Africa.
This was followed by a back issue for Marsh and he had to be replaced by Usman Khawaja in the side.
Marsh will now look to recapture his form in the Test match at WACA, where he has an average of more than 45 in first-class cricket.
Despite his poor form this series, Australian coach Mickey Arthur has already said that Marsh was a player worth preserving with.
India play Australia in the third of four Tests at Perth from January 13 and the home team will be looking to wrap up the series. Australia lead 2-0 and a draw will be enough for them to win the series.
