Newcastle vs. Everton: Lineups

Newcastle begin life without Demba Ba with a new look starting lineup. Alright, technically Ba's transfer to Chelsea is still in the works but it's highly unlikely that the wheels will fall off. Shola Ameobi gets the start up top with Papiss Cissé again playing a deeper role on the right for Alan Pardew.

Meanwhile for David Moyes and Everton, Marouane Fellaini, everyone's favorite afro-wearing Belgian is back after serving a three match ban for head-butting Ryan Shawcross (Is that really a bad thing? Wouldn't we all do that?). Right back remains a problem for the Toffees with Séamus Coleman and Tony Hibbert both injured so Phil Jagielka will again play on the right side with John Heitinga in the middle. Everton don't have much depth but they are in decent shape in the defense as long as no one else gets hurt.

Newcastle starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Tim Krul; James Perch, Mike Williamson, Fabricio Coloccini, Davide Santon; Cheick Tioté, Vurnon Anita; Papiss Cissé, Sylvain Marveaux, Gabriel Obertan; Shola Ameobi.

Everton starting lineup (4-4-1-1): Tim Howard; Leighton Baines, John Heitinga, Sylvain Distin, Phil Jagielka; Steven Pienaar, Leon Osman, Phil Neville, Steven Naismith; Marouane Fellaini, Nikica Jelavić.
