The Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson and the Cleveland Browns wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi have both been declared inactive due to concussions suffered in last week's NFL action. Jackson suffered a severe concussion due to a blow from Atlanta Falcons cornerback Dunta Robinson. Massaquoi was one of two Browns casualties (the other being Joshua Cribbs, who appears to be active for today's match up versus the New Orleans Saints) from Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison hits. Chris Cooley, however, is active at tight end for the Washington Redskins, despite suffering a concussion of his own last week versus the Indianapolis Colts.
