Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick ranks in the top 5 in the NFL in QB passer rating. He was bound to come down to earth eventually, right?

Not today, as Fitzpatrick has completed 9 of 13 passes for 109 yards and two touchdowns.

He is managing the game effectively and the Bills lead, 17-10.
