Last week the Washington Redskins secondary was not able to handle DeSean Jackson within the first 15 seconds of the game. The secondary went on to allow 333 yards of passing and 4 passing touchdowns to the Philadelphia Eagles, along with providing little help in stopping Michael Vick on the ground (8 rushes, 80 yards, 2 touchdowns). Four Eagles players had at least 50 yards receiving last week and a touchdown.
Fantasy Football Week 11 News: Randy Moss Poised For Big Day Against Redskins
This week the Redskins have declared both strong safety LaRon Landry and cornerback Carlos Rodgers as inactive for today's game versus the Tennessee Titans. With both in the lineup last week, Jackson, Jeremy Maclin and Jason Avant wreaked havoc amongst the Redskins secondary. Fantasy owners have been waiting for Randy Moss to finally have a game worthy of starting him and this appears to be a fantastic opportunity for the 34 year old Moss to breakout for the Titans (his third team this season). Moss has only recorded 23 receptions for 339 yards and 5 touchdowns this season for the New England Patriots, Minnesota Vikings and the Titans.
