New York Jets QB Mark Sanchez had an impressive fantasy day last week, with 299 yards and two touchdowns, and he’s got a chance to surpass that against the Houston Texans today. Late in the third, he has 211 and two touchdowns, one each to Braylon Edwards and Santonio Holmes. Holmes has 120 yards, already his biggest game of the season.
Arian Foster, Mark Sanchez, And Santonio Holmes Posting Big Numbers In New York
On the other side of the ball, RB Arian Foster has been the Texans offense. He has 102 of their 157 yards, plus their only touchdown, leading the team in rushes, rushing yards, catches, and receiving yards. QB Matt Schaub is completing only 50 percent of his passes, and only seven of his completions have gone to players besides Foster.
Foster is back to his regular 100-yard standard after a relative downer last week, a 60-yard, one-touchdown performance. Good news for fantasy owners, but the bad news for Texans fans is that’s about all that’s gone right so far.
