Jermaine Gresham Fantasy: Cincinnati Bengals TE Has Quiet Day With 23 Receiving Yards

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Jermaine Gresham caught four passes for 23 yards in a victory over the Indianapolis Colts. Andy Dalton did target him six times, third most on the team, but Jerome Simpson was a beast with six receptions for 101 yards. Gresham had a long catch of 13 yards, not enough to give extra points in leagues that provide bonuses based on reception yards.

Gresham was averaging 42 receiving yards a game with 208 receiving yards on the season and three touchdowns through his first five games of the 2011 NFL season. Gresham’s receiving yards per game is up nearly 10 yards per game.

Gresham was ranked by Yahoo! as the 7th ranked tight end heading into Week 6 taking on the Indianapolis Colts who rank 19th against the pass.
