Tom Brady Fantasy: Patriots QB Throws Two TDs In Loss

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady had his worst outing of the season in a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers today. Brady threw for 198 yards and two touchdowns, completing 24 of 35 passes. Brady was also chased out of bounds in the end zone, giving the Steelers another two points on a safety. It was the first game this season that Brady did not pass for more than 200 yards.

Tom Brady, fantasy’s second-best quarterback through the season’s first seven weeks, had a tough matchup in Week 8 against a Steelers defense that has gotten better and better against the pass.

How Brady spreads the ball around will determine his performance, but with Wes Welker, Deion Branch, Chad Ochocinco, Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez, that doesn't figure to be a problem.

For more on Brady and his matchup with the Steelers, check out Patriots blog, Pats Pulpit, and our Steelers blog, Behind the Steel Curtain. Also be sure to check out all of our fantasy football news and video highlights of the best Week 8 action.
