Houston Texans back up running back Ben Tate returned to practice on Friday after being held out of Wednesday and Thursday's practices. Tate was limited in his return on Friday and is officially listed as questionable for the game Sunday against the Oakland Raiders. Tate currently leads the Texans in carries and rushing yards, but now that Arian Foster is fully healthy his carries will significantly decrease.
Ben Tate Fantasy Status: Running Back Questionable
Coupled with his injury, he's also going to lose more carries to Chris Ogbonnaya who's the only other fully healthy running back on the Texans. Derrick Ward is also banged up, so Tate will be the third option and likely for emergency use only, if he's even active. If you have Ben Tate on your roster, your best bet is to sit him for someone else this week.
