Fantasy Football Week 11 Advice: Sit/Start Projections For Kickers

The NFL continues its week ten schedule of games with the majority of the slate scheduled for Sunday. Thursday Night Football between the Denver Broncos and New York Jets got things going with a wild finish, but now we get the main course of games. Week 11 features four bye weeks including New Orleans, Houston, Pittsburgh and Indianapolis are all out this week.

While that takes some fairly solid kicking situations out of the mix this week, there are plenty of decent kickers available on waivers to cover that zero. You can easily just waive your current kicker to make room for a new guy if you are dealing with a bye. There are some particularly solid kickers you might want to hold onto, but for the most part, no kicker is worth the potential zero or releasing a solid running back or receiver.

If you find yourself in need of a kicker, see if anybody dropped Sebastian Janikowski following his hamstring injury. He has kicked the last two weeks but has been limited, not kicking 50+ field goals like normal. Janikowski was questionable the last two weeks but is probable this week, which would seem to indicate some improvement. If you can get ahold of Seabass, I say grab him.

Here are the top 15 kicker projections for today. You can view all the projections at numberFire.com. For more on fantasy football, check out Fake Teams. Follow us on twitter @sbnationfantasy.
