Donald Jones Probable With Ankle Injury

After missing the last two weeks with an ankle injury, Buffalo Bills starting wide receiver Donald Jones is listed as "Probable" on the team's official injury report and is expected to play against the New York Jets on Sunday.

Prior to his injury, the Bills' No. 2 receiver opposite Steve Johnson had 16 receptions for 174 yards and one touchdown in five games this season, including a five-catch, 101-yard performance at Ralph Wilson Stadium in the Bills' upset win over the New England Patriots in Week 3.

Undrafted out of Youngstown State in 2010, Jones is two receptions, 39 yards and a touchdown away from surpassing his rookie receiving totals.

Jones opened the week as a limited participant on the team’s practice report, but participated fully in both Thursday and Friday’s practices and appears on track to return to the starting lineup for Sunday’s game against the Jets. The 5-2 Bills will need to win to keep ahead of the New England Patriots at the top of the AFC East standings.
