Fantasy Football Week 10 Waiver Wire: Roy Helu Catches On

Earlier today, we posted some fantasy football waiver wire advice from our sister blog, Fake Teams. Now we’ll turn to another partner of SB Nation, numberfire.com, for a look at guys who are hot and out-performing their weekly averages, and the guys who are losing value and may be heading to the waiver wire.

It's doubtful Marshawn Lynch is available in many leagues, but he's coming off a big yardage game from last week so he's sure to get attention. He gets the Baltimore defense this week, so use caution. Washington running back Roy Helu has been a name on the waiver wire for weeks, but his 14 catches on Sunday makes him a must-get if available and you need running back help.

As usual, plenty of wide receivers dot the list. Antonio Brown in Pittsburgh, Jabar Gaffney in Washington, David Nelson for the Bills, and Steve Breaston for the Chiefs are all good options. And rookie quarterback Andy Dalton is getting a look as he starts to settle in this season.

On the downside, Knowsho Moreno is basically unused as Willis McGahee and Tim Tebow have taken over all the rushing duties in Denver. Helu's rise means Ryan Torain is on the out list. Javon Ringer was a hot name last week, but Chris Johnson finally turning in a decent game, along with Ringer's disappointing performance means that his value is taking a big hit.
