Miles Austin Fantasy Recap: Austin’s Early Touchdown Puts Cowboys Up For Good

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin grabbed his sixth touchdown catch of the season just under nine minutes in Saturday’s game, a score that put the visitors up for good in a 31-15 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Austin had 466 receiving yards on the season with five receiving touchdowns entering Week 15 and added 53 yards and another touchdown to that total. Austin was averaging 66 yards receiving per game. Austin’s receiving yards per game were up nearly five yards per game from last season.

Austin was ranked as the 12th ranked wide receiver according to Yahoo! heading into his match up with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who rank 27th against the pass, giving up 248.8 passing yards per game.
