Adrian Peterson Fantasy Recap: Vikings RB Can’t Get It Going In Return

Adrian Peterson returned to action for Minnesota (2-12) after missing the last three games with a high ankle sprain, and ran for 60 yards on 10 carries. But the Vikings lost their sixth straight game, the first time that's happened since 1984.

Peterson is dealing with a high ankle sprain and has missed the last three weeks because of the problem, but the main focus for the Vikings offensively appears on track to play against the Saints.

Peterson has scored a touchdown in each of his last six games (8 total), and Frazier said this week it would be a boost to get him back. The head coach said there’s still more time before Sunday’s game to evaluate the running back’s status, but he has been practicing in a limited capacity this week.
