Hakeem Nicks Fantasy Recap: Giants WR Held Without Score

Hakeem Nicks caught five passes for 73 yards but failed to reach the end zone in the New York Giants' loss to the Washington Redskins on Sunday.

Nicks was targeted 12 times, more than any other Giants receiver. Unfortunately, the Skins pressure kept Eli Manning from making key plays.

Nicks reestablished himself as perhaps the best receiver in fantasy football in Week 14 with an 8-reception, 163-yard performance against the Dallas Cowboys. He has solidified himself as the most explosive deep threat on a team that has plenty of them, averaging over 20 yards per reception in three of his last five games. With the Giants holding a tenuous lead in the NFC East, there should be no worries about team potentially resting Nicks. Only weather could be a concern in the coming weeks.
