Arian Foster Update: Officially Inactive, Ben Tate Will Start

We already knew Arian Foster won't be playing today, thanks to multiple reports earlier this morning. But now it's officially set in stone, as the Houston Texans have announced their Week 3 inactives:

Note that Derrick Ward's ankle injury will keep him sidelined for the second week in a row. Like we've been saying, expect Ben Tate to carry a huge load -- the backup running back is worth starting in any fantasy format.
