Fantasy Football Week 4 Tight End Projections: Graham, Pettigrew Jump Into Rankings

SB Nation Fantasy Football partner, playthisguy.com, uses the wisdom of crowds approach to ranking fantasy football players each week. The idea is they survey Internet sites who dispense fantasy football rankings, 19 of them this week, and combine those into one easily digestible list.

It's definitely a list of the usual suspects at the very top of the the tight end rankings. Rob Gronkowski is benefiting from Tom Brady's precision passing and is finding the endzone regularly. Jermichael Finley lit it up last week, expect more this week. Sliding into third place, though, is relative newcomer, the Saints Jimmy Graham. He's had a solid start to 2011, and hit it big last week with 11 catches for 100 yards and a touchdown. Expect it to continue into Week 4 against the Jaguars defense.

Brandon Pettigrew is a guy with potential that we've been watching as fantasy owners for a while, now he's finally making a mark. He doesn't have a touchdown yet, but his 11 catches for 112 yards last week started the march towards playing him. Greg Olsen was another guy who had the potential, but the numbers weren't always there. He's finding success in Carolina with Cam Newton; last week he had 7 catches for 57 yards and a touchdown.
