Brian Cushing was released from the hospital Thursday afternoon and is set to rejoin the Houston Texans after coming down with a virus during team meetings Tuesday. Brian Cushing Rejoins Texans, Keyaron Fox Out Indefinitely: Fantasy Implications
Brian Cushing was released from the hospital Thursday after coming down with a virus during team meetings. The Houston Texans may have lost another linebacker for the season, however, after Keyaron Fox injured his knee Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Of the two linebackers, only Cushing has any serious value as an IDP. He recorded 114 tackles, two forced fumbles and two interceptions last season despite the Texans moving towards a more ball-control offense. Fox has failed to appear in just three games over his last three seasons, but he hasn’t put up corresponding numbers. He has a combined 80 tackles over that span. Houston may be getting a bit worried about depth in the linebacking corps, but you can sleep easy as it pertains to your fantasy team.
