It is officially official.

Lewis Hamilton is a Formula 1 driver for Ferrari.

Yesterday the first images of Hamilton at Ferrari emerged, as the legendary driver spent his first day as a driver for the Scuderia visiting with senior management and various departments. But the image F1 fans worldwide were waiting for has finally been shared.

Lewis Hamilton in a Ferrari race suit:

Hamilton stunned the F1 world ahead of the 2024 season when he announced that year would be his last with Mercedes and that he would be moving to Ferrari for the 2025 campaign. But despite 2024 being his final year with the Silver Arrows, Hamilton returned to the top step of a podium for the first time since the 2021 season, in an emotional win at Silverstone in his final British Grand Prix with Mercedes.

He added another win at the Belgian Grand Prix. Teammate George Russell took the checkered flag but was disqualified after failing a post-race inspection, and Hamilton was promoted to the win.

Now he joins a Ferrari team that entered the final race of the season with a chance to bring home their first Constructors’ Championship since the 2008 season, and with aspirations of even bigger things in the year ahead.

And now we have finally seen Hamilton in red.
