Mayakoba Golf Classic 2012 Scores And Leaderboard

Will Claxton posted a three-under 68 Friday and is tied atop the leaderboard after two rounds of the Mayakoba Golf Classic at Riviera.

Claxton, the first-round leader, was joined in the lead by Greg Owen (67) and Daniel Summerhays (65).

Chris Stroud shot five-under 66 at El Camaleon Golf Course to move into fourth place at minus-seven. Robert Allenby (67), Kevin Stadler (68) and Richard S. Johnson (66) share fifth place at six-under-par 136.

Claxton started with a birdie on the second. He picked up his next birdie at the fifth before he parred the next four holes.

Around the turn, Claxton moved to minus-eight with a birdie on the 10th. After four more pars, he stumbled to a bogey on the par-three 15th. Claxton recovered that stroke with a birdie on the 17th. He parred the last to share the lead.

Owen played the back nine first on Friday and parred his first eight holes. He converted a birdie effort on the 18th to make the turn at minus-five.
