Tiger Woods has recovered from a rough opening day and is climbing the leaderboard in the second round of the 2012 Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass in Florida on Friday.

After finishing 2-over on Thursday, Woods has rebounded admirably and has jumped a whopping 70 spots on the leaderboard through his first 13 holes in Round 2. Woods is 4-under for the day with five birdies and just one bogey, coming on the par-4 fifth hole.
Woods is now 2-under overall and tied for 30th place with a slew of other golfers, including Phil Mickelson and Henrik Stenson.
Matt Kuchar through 14 holes is tied with Zach Johnson atop the leaderboard at 8-under. Harris English and Kevin Na are close behind at 7-under.
