Hyundai Tournament of Champions 2013: TV schedule and tee times for Monday

Can golf’s season opener finally get started on Monday?

Christian Petersen

For the fourth straight day, the PGA Tour will give it a try at Kapalua for the Hyundai Tournament of Champions. On Sunday, the Tour attempted to send players off split tees to sneak in 36 holes, but the unrelenting winds on Maui scrapped their plans shortly into the attempted first round.

The plan is now to play 36 on Monday, and finish up on Tuesday with 18 to make it an official event. Once again, the Tour has scheduled the players to go off both No. 1 and No. 10 starting at 7:10 a.m. local time, or 12:10 p.m. ET. Things were particularly bad on No. 10 when they tried to give it a go on Sunday, with that tee particularly exposed.

But like the past three days, reports out of Kapalua indicate that the wind is blowing once again early on Monday morning. Golf Channel adjusted their programming, and are scheduled to be on the air from 4 to 11 p.m. ET. Here are the tee times for Monday’s play, but consider these extremely tentative, given everything that has happened so far this week. All times are local:

7:10 AM Rickie Fowler Jason Dufner

7:10 AM Matt Kuchar Webb Simpson

7:20 AM Keegan Bradley John Huh

7:20 AM Ian Poulter Jonas Blixt

7:30 AM Marc Leishman Ted Potter, Jr.
