Tiger Woods, Lindsey Vonn finally spotted skiing together (we think)

We’ve had almost a year now of gawking at the Tiger Woods-Lindsey Vonn super couple, but the public sightings have almost always occurred on the golf course or at a golf-related event. We had yet to see or hear of Tiger out of his element and on the slopes with his gold medal-winning girlfriend ... until this week, allegedly.

Several citizen journalists purportedly spotted the couple in Breckenridge on Wednesday. Greg Ferraro of NBCOlympics.com diligently compiled the witness accounts of sports’ No. 1 power couple, including an intense shot of the two stopping for a snack. Sarah Schleper, a former Olympian and Vonn’s teammate, ignited the reports by tweeting this supposed picture of the two on the slopes:

There was also an Instagram shot of the two stopping for a snack, or a slice. This certainly looks like Mr. Tiger:

And then a third such account from a tweet by U.S. junior freeskier Alexi Micinski:

It was only a matter of time before the world’s No. 1 golfer was sighted on the slopes, and it’s no surprise these surface now with the current gap in his schedule. It’s not the ideal downtime activity, however, for someone with a history of knee trouble.
