Brandt Snedeker’s big start to the 2013 season continued on Sunday on Monterey Peninsula, as he picked up a seven-figure payday thanks to his win at the 2013 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am. Snedeker has had multiple six-figure showings this season, finishing third once and second in the last two weeks. He certainly doesn’t need it, as he’s just four months removed from winning the grand prize $10 million pot at the end of the FedExCup.
Pebble Beach Pro-Am 2013 purse: Brandt Snedeker adds to impressive early 2013 earnings
It was another $1 million-plus payday for Brandt Snedeker, who continues to rake in cash this season.

But after finishing a distant second to Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson in consecutive weeks, Snedeker closed it out on Sunday by holding a multi-shot cushion for much of the final round. Snedeker has nearly $20 million in career earnings, and even before this win, he had already earned almost $1.7 million through the first month of the season. The additional $1 million payout puts him well ahead on the season earnings list and FedExCup points list.
Chris Kirk pushed Snedeker a bit on the back nine, keeping it within two shots with another steady week on Tour. He walks away with $702,000. Phil Mickelson, who was the seven-figure winner last week, finished near the bottom of the leaderboard, earning just $14,235 of the $6.5 million purse. Here are the payout totals for the top 10 finishers:
1 Brandt Snedeker -- $1,170,000
2 Chris Kirk -- $702,000
T3 Kevin Stadler -- $338,000
