Swap Louis Oosthuizen and Justin Rose, and this week’s Top 10 in the 2013 Official World Golf Rankings would look exactly like last week’s. The best in the game remained quiet (or didn’t participate) at the Honda Classic in Florida, and as a result there isn’t really much to talk about in this space.
Official World Golf Rankings 2013: Little change among top golfers
There was little change atop the 2013 Official World Golf Rankings this week as the world’s best golfers stayed quiet at the Honda Classic in Florida over the weekend.

Rose did have a nice outing at Palm Springs Garden. He shot a 4-under 66 on Friday on his way to finishing in a five-way tie for fourth place at 3-under overall, six shots behind winner Michael Thompson. Lee Westwood was just one shot back for a ninth-place finish, but didn’t make up any ground in the standings despite the fact that Matt Kuchar stayed home.
Thompson was easily the biggest riser as a result of the weekend. He appeared on the rankings at 114th last week, and cracked the Top 50 at No. 45 overall after his win.
Here is this week’s Top 10:
1) Rory McIlroy
2) Tiger Woods
3) Luke Donald
4) Brandt Snedeker
5) Justin Rose
6) Louis Oosthuizen
7) Adam Scott
8) Matt Kuchar
9) Lee Westwood
10) Ian Poulter
