2013 PGA Tour Money List: Tiger Woods still on top heading into U.S. Open

Tiger Woods holds a big lead atop the PGA Tour money list, but next week’s U.S. Open could shake it up.

The FedEx St. Jude Classic didn’t do much to change the top 10 of the PGA Tour money list as most of the circuit’s best players took the weekend off. Tiger Woods still leads the list despite only playing eight tournaments this season, six fewer than second place Matt Kuchar thanks to his four wins.

Kuchar’s two wins, including the $1,116,00 he took home for winning the Memorial have him in second place, while Brrndt Snedeker is down in third place. Phil Mickelson moved from eighth to fourth place this week thanks to a second-place tie at the FedEx St. Jude Classic, while Billy Horschel sits in fifth place.

This weekend’s winner, Harris English, moved from 68th place on the money list to 17th place.

Next week’s U.S. Open will change the list significantly with the big money of a major on the line. The winner will take home $1,260,00, with $755,000 going to second place.

Here’s the current top 10 in earnings:
