Weather conditions may prevent the Merion Golf Club from posing as difficult a challenge as some may have hoped, but the 2013 U.S. Open is still expected to be a tightly-contested tournament and viewers will have multiple viewing options to follow along live.
How to watch the 2013 U.S. Open online, TV coverage, radio and more
The 113th U.S. Open begins on Thursday and those not in attendance at the Merion Golf Club will have a variety of options to follow along.

In addition to the television broadcasts there will also be online streams, radio coverage and shot trackers adding even more ways to follow the action. ESPN and NBC will handle the television coverage with the two networks combining to broadcast over 35 hours of live golf. Online streams will be available online as well as on Apple and Android devices.
Fans often tune into the U.S. Open to watch the players struggle in similar fashion to the typical weekend warrior, but that may not be the case this year. With downpours softening the course some -- including Ernie Els -- are predicting scores to be lower this year. That doesn’t mean, however, we’ll see scores in the low 60s. Viewers will still be able to watch pros hack away in thick rough and battle tricky greens.
