U.S. Open 2013: Shawn Stefani aces No. 17

No. 17 has been difficult all week but not for Shawn Stefani on Sunday who aced the hole.

There had never been a hole-in-one at Merion in the U.S. Open, but Shawn Stefani changed that on Sunday with a ridiculous ace on No. 17.

Stefani hit his tee shot into the left rough, but the ball took a fortunate bounce and kicked right toward the hole. Stefani’s ball then caught a ridge and funneled toward the hole, hitting the pin and settling in the cup.
