Matt Kuchar is one of the richest golfers in the world, consistently finishing in the money and inside the top 10 on the PGA Tour. He’s won some of the richest events on the PGA Tour over the past four seasons, earning a FedExCup win at the Barclays, a WGC win at the Match Play, and a victory at golf’s fifth major, The Players Championship. The winner’s take at the Players is the richest in golf, and Kuchar cashed that check last year at Sawgrass.

On Sunday, he had another $1 million payday with his victory at the 2013 Memorial. Kuchar earned $1,116,000 with the win at Muirfield Village, pushing his career total over $25 million. He started the week with $24.5 million. He also joins Tiger Woods as the only other multiple winner this season, backing-up his WGC title in February and boosting his season total to just over $4.3 million.
Kuchar held a mutli-shot lead for most of Sunday, but his playing partners, Kevin Chappell and Kyle Stanley, finished solo second and third to earn nice six-figure paydays. Chappell birdied three of his final four holes to put a little late pressure on Kuchar and pass Stanley for the $670k second-place payout.
