Shawn Stefani and Harris English are tied for the lead at the FedEx St. Jude Classic, but they have several challengers hot on their heels. The pair currently sit at 11-under, while three more players are within two shots of them and with them all on the front nine, it sets up for an exciting finish at TPC Southwind.

Slow starts by Shawn Stefani and Harris English have brought them back to the field in a tight FedEx St. Jude Classic.

Stefani and English are not off to good starts in the fourth round, with Stefani at 1-over for the day to fall from his place alone atop the leaderboard after the third round. That allowed English, who has manage to shoot par (two bogeys, two birdies, one par) on his first five holes, to move into a tie for the lead. But those two are the only ones in the top eight who aren’t under par for the day so it looks unlikely that simply pars will be enough to keep their place atop the leaderboard.
Scott Stallings is 2-under for the day, which has him one shot behind the lead. Patrick Reed and Nicholas Thompson are 1-under, which has them in a tie for fourth place, two shots off the pace.
