2014 Humana Golf Challenge: Tee times, TV schedule for Sunday’s round

Everyone is chasing Patrick Reed at the Humana Challenge and he’ll have a chance for a fourth straight 63 on Sunday.

Todd Warshaw

It’s already been a record-setting week for Patrick Reed at the Humana Challenge and now he’ll have a chance to cap it off in style on Sunday. Reed will open the final round at 27-under, seven strokes ahead of the rest of the field.

He made history on Saturday when he shot his third straight round of 63. He became the first player in PGA Tour history to shoot a 63 or better in each of the first three rounds. He also set the PGA Tour record for the lowest score under par through 54 holes, according to PGATour.com. A fourth straight 63 would be quite the way to cap off the week, but he likely won’t need to go that low to secure the win. Reed would need to shoot 65 or better on Sunday to set the PGA Tour record for the lowest score under par through 72 holes.

While Reed is in prime position to come away with the second Tour win of his career, the tournament isn’t over yet. Charley Hoffman and Brendon Todd will begin the round tied for second at 20-under. In total, 17 players are 15-under or better heading into the final round. The players will play in pairings of three, so Reed will be joined by Hoffman and Todd in the final group.

Golf Channel will provide the television coverage with the broadcast scheduled to run from 3 to 7 p.m. ET. Viewers will also be able to watch the broadcast online via a simulcast stream from Golf Live Extra. PGA Tour Radio on Sirius-XM will provide additional coverage, with the broadcast scheduled to run from 1 to 7 p.m.

Reed is scheduled to tee off at 1:30 p.m., so the majority of his round will be played during the television broadcast. Here is a complete look at the final round tee times. All times ET.
