WGC Cadillac Championship 2014 live stream: How to watch online, TV coverage and more

The WGC Cadillac Championship is set up for an entertaining final round finish and viewers will have multiple options to follow the action live.

Mike Ehrmann

Following a brutal Friday at Doral, the players in the WGC field fought back some on Saturday to set up a must see final round. Only five players are in the red so far, but 20 will begin the final round within seven strokes of the lead. In a typical tournament, that would likely be far too much ground to make up in one round, but anything is possible this week at Doral.

After no player was able to break 70 in the second round, scoring was a little easier on Saturday. Tiger Woods carded the low round of the day, surging into a tie for fourth place with a 6-under 66. Players well off the lead will likely need a round similar to Tiger’s on Sunday. Woods is now 1-under for the tournament, three strokes behind Patrick Reed who leads at 4-under. Jason Dufner and Hunter Mahan are tied for second at 2-under while Jamie Donaldson is the only other player under par, joining Woods at 1-under. Zach Johnson, Dustin Johnson, Bubba Watson, Graeme McDowell and Matt Kuchar are 1-over or better.

Thanks to the loaded WGC field, there will be extended television coverage on Sunday with Golf Channel and NBC combining for six hours of live coverage. The day will begin on Golf Channel at 1 p.m. ET, where coverage will remain until 3 p.m. ET. The broadcast will then shift to NBC, where it will remain until at least 7 p.m. ET. In addition to the main coverage, Golf Channel will broadcast spotlight coverage of holes Nos. 15, 16 and 18 from 3 to 6 p.m. ET.

The main broadcast will also be available online, thanks to a live simulcast from NBC Sports LiveExtra. The online stream will run from 1 to 7 p.m. ET. That won’t be the only option to watch online as PGATour.com will proved a featured holes stream from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. The stream will be focused on No. 1 with additional coverage of No. 15 and 18.

PGA Tour Radio will provide radio coverage, broadcast on Sirius-XM from 1 to 7 p.m. ET.
