Rory McIlroy hasn’t earned a PGA victory since September 2012, one month after his last win in a major. Despite this cold streak and a career-best of 15th at the Masters, the Northern Ireland native opened as the favorite to win the tournament on Bovada.
Masters odds 2014: Rory McIlroy slides while Matt Kuchar, Sergio Garcia surge
Once listed at 7/1, Rory McIlroy is now tied with Adam Scott as the favorite to win the 2014 Masters.

The Masters
He’s still the favorite with two days remaining before the beginning of the tournament, but his 7/1 odds to win have dropped to 10/1 and he’s now tied with Adam Scott as the favorite to earn a green jacket on Sunday.
While McIlroy and several of the golfers at the top of the list have seen their odds decrease in the days prior to the event, Sergio Garcia and Matt Kuchar have surged to the top. Last week Kuchar and Garcia were receiving 25/1 and 33/1 odds, respectively. Now the pair are among the tournament favorites having each passed a slew of dropping golfers.
