You gotta love the segue from Chuck's NC-17 fetishes to, "but hold on a second, Rex Ryan is the best." Then again... He's right, isn't he? Pretty sure now that everyone's digested the foot fetish news, most of us have concluded, "Eh, it's funny, and Rex is still great." And Chuck just verbalized it for us: that's why he's the national ombudsman.
