The premise of this series (of which this is Part VIII) is simple: Ballparks built to evoke the golden age of stadium building deserve to have postcards that evoke that same era. Our subject today is the new version of Yankee Stadium. Its image has been de-fancified to look more like a postcard from old Yankee Stadium, the original version that predated the ‘70s refurbishment.
