Davis hit 23 homers in his career in 2,312 at-bats before this one. Also, I’m counting this as a home run because I sure as hell counted it in little league, too. I was awesome. I hit, like, .600 without the oversight of an official scorer. And I hit a ton of bombs like this one, too.
