Cook and her partner Tasmin Hinchley fell to 0-2 after falling to the Austrian team of Schwaiger and Schwaiger, 2-1. They will have to beat the Czech team in their final pool-play match to stay alive.
Imke Duplitzer, Germany, Fencing

Lacabere had one goal on two shots as France ended in a tie with Spain, 18-18. She also had one assist.
Mayssa Pessoa, Brazil, Handball
Pessoa had no stats in Brazil’s 27-25 victory over Montenegro. We could not confirm whether she played in the game.
Rikke Skov, Denmark, Handball
Skov had a sub-par game, scoring only one goal on six shots in Denmark’s loss to Korea, 25-24. No doubt she’ll be looking to bounce back with her team in the next match.
