Jeff Van Gundy missed his cue, thought it was time to sit down and prep for tip-off and ... instead totally squatted out of the picture. Mike Breen nor Warriors coach (and former JVG partner) Mark Jackson would let it pass without comment. But note, for the record, that the Notorious J.V.G. called himself out first. That’s the mark of a man with a fine sense of humor.
