Alabama won’t hear the 44th president yell ROLL TIDE for a third straight year because of Cade Foster’s kicking, so the 43rd president wrote him a note.

This led to a lot of people saying very mean things to Foster on Twitter. So it’s rather nice a certain ex-president reached out to say some very nice things to him:
Yes, that’s George W. Bush, the 43rd president, reaching out to the guy who wears No. 43 for Alabama, and that’s a hell of a gesture from Dubya. Although we have no idea what he could possibly be referring to when he says he’s experienced setbacks in his life.
But wait, let’s delve deeper into this: Bush has been known to throw up the Hook ‘Em Horns ... Foster presumably has access to a certain Alabama head coach ... NICK SABAN TO TEXAS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Anyway, we think all athletes who screw up should get letters from the president with their uniform number. Like if after Tony Romo’s famous fumble on a hold in the 2007 playoffs, he got a letter from a long-dead William Henry Harrison, and the like.
